The Society is not able to recommend Researchers; a number do advertise in commercial publications such as 'Family Tree Magazine', and we would suggest that you look in those for someone who would undertake work for you.

If you wish to do your own research then do pop into the Society's research Centre in Sherborne and look at our many records, transcriptions and books on local history. More details can be found elsewhere on this website.

The Taunton group run a small monthly self-help group at the Robin Close Community Hall, Bishop's Hull, Taunton, Somerset TA1 5EU. If you would like to attend please contact Sue Byrne on 01278-722706 or email sueburne@aol.com for more details.
