The British Newspaper Archive now available online

The British Library have teamed up with Brightsolid to produce a new website. Over the last two years thousands of newspapers have been scanned using OCR software so that the documents can be searched by words as well as dates and times. The site is a pay to view site but searching is free to see a portion of any article.
