Alternatively, you may pay by credit card, in which case complete the details at the bottom of the form. The cost of a search of the computer database is £2.00 (or £3.00 if you are not a member of the Society) which allows you to specify up to five names of individuals or families. You should read the following notes on headings very carefully.

Dates. Use any of the forms "b", "bp", "m", "d", "bur", "1627-1704", "18C". NB No searches are made for people born since 1900.

Location. It will help both you and us if the parish or parishes can be specified. Failing that please name the general area or county e.g. "Dorset/Devon border".

Nee = maiden surname (optional). If known, this may help to clinch a successful search.
