Please remember that all Society Services are run by volunteers working in their own, often limited time. Do not expect an instant reply, all requests, however they are received, are put in order of receipt and are dealt with as soon as the Service Provider has time. Be patient, your turn will come!

Because of the way the Services operate from volunteers own homes, it causes a number of problems if requests to more than one Service are combined. Researchers are requested, therefore, to send a separate query to each Service Provider.

Please remember to include either an SAE or sufficient payment to cover postage with your requests.

Please note that because of the need for an SAE to return vouchers, orders will NOT be accepted by e-mail.
